We assisted in the development of our collection platform, "RMex," by Quantrax Corporation, a powerful, state-of-the-art collection software. It is based on an innovative approach utilizing emerging technologies known as expert systems and artificial intelligence. The result is a new standard in receivables management which allows us greater flexibility in tailoring our collection approach to meet our clients' specific requirements. Individual workflows for a wide variety of circumstances are guided through "if this, then that" scenarios and can quickly and easily be adjusted by collectors to most effectively deal with changing factors throughout communication with each consumer. The result is that rarely does anything slip through the cracks and optimal account resolution is more likely.
For the benefit of consumers, clients and our account managers we record all collection calls. Call recordings are used to assure compliance with governmental and company policies and select calls are used as training tools for improved collector-consumer interaction.
Security is a primary focus at MCG and is part of our core culture, whether it be physical, network, or data security. We maintain security on all data, including backup systems in the event of system failure due to natural disaster or otherwise. Our building is a medium-high security facility with on-site grounds and building security personnel 24/7/365.
Merchants’ Credit Guide Co. is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ. We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests in accordance with the PCI DSS requirements for our business model. In addition, our PCI compliance is attested to annually by a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). Our most recent Attestation of Compliance (AOC) was issued by Tech Lock Inc. in December of 2022.
